Dedicated Assistance on the financial side is amalgamated and coordinated with that of Strategic and Commercial Planning, based on the profile and overall scope of the intervention required:

- Starting from the informal preliminary verification of the viability of the model, with accredited financial and commercial operators.

- Elaborating "Information Memorandums"; representative of the economic/equity reality of the companies, through the draft of industrial development plans aimed at highlighting income capacity and financial equilibrium, in order to provide the outside world with specific information, both historical and prospective, on the company and the business to be implemented.

- Identifying complementary assistance and guarantee instruments.

In order, in particular, to support the internationalization process of companies, the IBCD Group is furthermore able to set up and manage relationships with institutional and private operators that assist the companies in financing internationalization:

- through established instruments that provide valuable export credit support.

- all the way to venture capital participation in companies, through the raising of appropriate venture capital funds.
